This "system" has the highest owner satisfaction and customer referrals of roofing systems that RIBCO installs. A polyurethane foam/coatings roof is a "renewable/sustainable" roofing system, and meets "Energy Star" certification requirements. This system can also meet the new LEEDS energy program requirements.
Polyurethane foam/coatings provide a seamless insulation that can be sprayed to any thickness to provide the required R-Value, slope for improved water drainage, and has the ability to follow the roof design irregardless of its design. In most cases, the existing roof does not need to be removed to apply this system.
The Foam roofing that RIBCO, Inc. installs are backed by a manufacturer's "System" Warranty. Unlike other warranties, it covers 100% labor and materials, and is not pro-rated.
